$1,000,000 Game Day Giveaway Rules & Regulations
- The $1,000,000 Game Day Giveaway is open to all Commerce Casino Players Card members. A Commerce Casino Players Card is required to participate. Membership is free. Must be at least 21
years of age to participate. - Dates and Times:
Selection Dates: September 3 through December 29, 2019
Selection Times: 10:00am on Tuesdays through 9:29am on Sundays
- The promotion will consist of seventeen (17) weeks of games with the first games on Sunday, September 8, 2019 and ending with the final games on Sunday, December 29, 2019.
- To participate the member must swipe their Players Card at the promotional kiosk located near the Casino Services desk. The promotional kiosks are open from 10:00am on Tuesdays through 9:29am on Sundays.
- It is the member’s sole responsibility to select one (1) team from each Sunday and Monday game offered and to choose the total combined score of the Monday Night Football Game for each week and press the submit button prior to 9:29am on Sundays. Selections and/or changes will not be allowed to be made after that time.
- Games that are played on any other day besides Sunday and Monday are not included.
- Upon completion of selection, the system will generate a receipt listing your team selections for the week’s games and a weekly drawing ticket.
- The weekly drawing ticket must be deposited in the drawing drum located next to Casino Services. One (1) winner will be selected each week and will have 7 days to claim their prize.
- Members observed swiping Players Card or making selection for another member may be disqualified.
- Members can participate once per calendar day, for up to six (6) entries per week. The Members best scored entry for the week will count as their final entry for that week. Calendar day is defined as:
Tuesdays – 10am – 11:59pm
Wednesdays – Saturdays – 12:00am – 11:59pm
Sundays – 12:00am – 9:29am - The Top 3 members with the most correct picks for that week will be the weekly winners and will receive the following prizes:

3rd Place $200 Cash - The Top 3 Weekly Winners will be available at the Casino Services desk and near the promotional kiosk each Tuesday by 12:00pm (noon).
- In the event that multiple entries exist with the same correctly picked teams, the entry that selected the closest to the total number of points scored in the Monday Night Football game without going over will be determined the winner. If the same score for the Monday Night Football game was selected it will be determined a tie and the prize will be split between the winners.
- The Top 3 members with the most correct picks for the season will be the season winners and will receive the following prizes:

3rd Place $2,000 Cash - The Top 3 Season Winners will be available at the Casino Services desk and near the promotional kiosk on Monday, December 30, 2019 by 12:00pm (noon).
- In the event that multiple entries exist with the same correctly picked teams for the entire seventeen (17) week season, it will be determined a tie and the prize will be split between the winners.
- Prizes must be redeemed at the Casino Services desk within 7 days of being posted. Any prizes not claimed after 7 days will be forfeited.
- To claim the prize, winners will be required to present a Commerce Casino Players Card and a valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or a current passport). If the winner is not a U.S. citizen, consular identification, a current passport or alien registration card.
- Winners are responsible for any and all taxes associated with prize.
- To be eligible for the $1,000,000 Season Prize:
The Member cannot exceed seventeen (17) weekly entries.
The Member must be the first person to correctly predict/select the winning team in 204 or more of the 2019 NFL regular season games out of the 234 total 2019 NFL regular season games.
In the event of tie, the person who guessed closest to the Monday Night Football score that week without going over will be the winner.
If there is no Monday Night Football game that week or if the tie persist after that, the person who predicted the most wins that week will be declared the winner. If there continues to be a tie, the most wins predicted from the previous week, and so on will be used until the tie is broken. - If any of the 2019 NFL regular season games included in one of the seventeen (17) predication pools is canceled due to a force majeure, which prevents the conducting of the game, said game may be replaced with another game or the rescheduled game.
- If any of the 2019 NFL regular season games officially ends in a tie, either team selected will count as an unsuccessful prediction.
- If the $1,000,000 season prize is won, the prize amount will be paid in forty (40) equal annual installments of $25,000 each, without interest. Only one (1) prize in the amount of $1,000,000 is available during this promotion.
- If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Commerce Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or product conduct of this promotion, Commerce Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
- Employees of Commerce Casino and any subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and marketing agencies are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
- By participating in this promotion, participants agree to all rules.
