In November, Commerce Casino hosts its inagural L.A. Poker Open, a series of tournaments that will draw more than 6,000 players over its 18 days. Buy-ins run $200 to $2000 with a prize pools in the hundreds of thousands. This is a great introduction for the beginning tournament player. The dates for 2009 are November 5-21.
$120 Supers with $100 rebuys Novenber 5-18th at 7pm. All events with 100 or more entries will be played over two days. Day one will be played until the final table/tables or 12 hours.
Play will resume at 4:30 PM the following day. 5pm Starts will be played two days. *Double elimination, limited to the 1st 128 players. **Event #19 will be a three day event.
ƒ Multiple day ones limited to 80 tables plus alternates. Players who do not qualify for the final day, may re-enter on day 1B and/or 1C. Finals will resume on Sunday November 8 and November 15 respectively.
